Assessment Day takes place each year in mid-April. You can come to one of several locations on campus to meet with TLHS staff. We’ll email you before hand so you can sign up for a day and time that fits your schedule. The assessments should take about an hour to complete. The atmosphere is relaxed, featuring comfy couches, music, and snacks.
What do I need to do before my assessment?
Try to drink plenty of fluids, and dress comfortably. Be sure your shoes and socks can be taken off easily (please don’t wear nylons).
What should I expect?
During Assessment Day, you’ll fill out surveys that tell us how you’re feeling physically and emotionally, what you tend to eat, how much you exercise, and how much you know about nutrition and health. We’ll assess your strength, fitness level, bone quality, and more.
